    Critiqueee my Diet please

Been working on a good diet for a while..read stickies many times over and over, tried all the foods good for the diet, eliminated the ones I just cannot handle and came up with this.
    6:00am Meal 1: Pro/Carb 8 Egg whites, 1 scoop whey, 1 cup oats
    Approx: 50g Pro/54g Carbs/5g Fat

    9:00am Meal 2: Pro/Fat Beef Jerky, almonds
    Approx: 60g Pro/5g Carbs/20g Fat

    11:00am Meal 3: Pro/Carb 2xChicken breast, 1cup oats
    Approx: 60g Pro/50g Carbs/4g Fat

    2:00pm Meal 4: Pro/Fat 2xTuna, 1TBsp full fat mayo
    Approx: 60g Pro/5g Carbs/14g Fat

    4:00pm Meal 5: Pro/Carb 2xChicken breast/pineapples
    Approx: 60g Pro/50g Carbs/5g Fat

    7:00pm Meal 6: Pro/Fat 3 scoops of whey, 1.5 TBsp Flax oil
    Approx: 60g Pro/4g Carbs/21g Fat

    9:00pm Meal 7: Pro/Fat Lean Protein, 2TBsp Peanutbutter
    Approx: 55g Pro/5g Carbs/19g Fat

11:00pm Meal 8: PWO Nutrition 3 scoops whey, 80g Dextrose
    Approx: 60g Pro/80g Carbs/1g Fat

    465g Protein, 253g Carbs, 89g Fat

Im 6`3 210Lbs 16%bf. Im gonna have to eat every 2-3 hours, which is tuff. Well, my job lets me do it, I have all the time I need. I had to give myself 3 hours between the big and next meals. For example if I ate 2 chicken breats and some oats I need about 3 hours to be hungry again. After the smaller meals like beef Jerky with almonds, takes only 2 hours sometimes less before I get hungry again. Will see how this works. I hope it does. Been working on best diet and great workout program for myself for a long time. Testing, trialing, see what works what does not. Time to put all this together and stay consistent, and see if I can look like a beast by next summer.
    Thanks fellas!

Well... is it really important to have meal after the PWO meal ?
Here is the thing... I workout late at night..so PWO would be my last meal for the day... BUT if having a meal after the PWO meal is really important what I could do is... have the PWO meal at 9:00pm and then have one more last for the day meal at 11:00pm before the bed.

PPWO meal is important and should be eaten an hour after your PWO.The reason is that 80gms dex and whey is digested real quick and so after one hour or maybe less your blood sugar will be low. When your blood sugar goes low you risk the chance of protein being converted to glucose. So defenitley have a slow carb and some protein an hour after the PWO.

Beef jerky is definitely a good source of protein, but you'll have to eat like two bags of it to get to 60grams of protein. I find that beef jerky takes a while to eat (because it's tuff) and it's also really expensive. You may want to use a different protein source for that meal. By all means, if you can afford it and don't mind spending along time eating a meal than go for it. I usually stick to a small bag of beef jerky for a snack.

Well the bigger bag is 58g -60g protein. Yes it is expensive $5.99 one bag. But if You go to Sams Club they sell 3 pack, where You have 3 bigger bags in it (58g protein each) for $8.99. So Youre paying about $2.99 for a Big bag. Good deal

That's not too bad actually, but don't you find it takes a while to eat the whole bag?

good diet but get rid of the mayo use fat free mayo you can get that anywhere these days also add some veggies in there bro not enough greens in your diet and apples , bananas can help otherwise great diet bro you know what your doing that is for sure.

My diet is same only thing is i like to add brown rice sometimes instead of good ole oats all the time. good job peanut butter is good fats so you need that i think some dude posted earlier downplaying it .
