After 2 weeks on my bulking diet I am up 7 lbs (9%BF, No steroids) and have noticed that i am developing stretch marks on the inner sides of my biceps. Are these stretch marks permanent, and can i do something to avoid these?

There is some medication that might help make them look less noticable, this might work only when theyre still fresh. I have them just like You on the inner part of my biceps. Over time they will change the color to... well your skin color, very close to it. But You will still be able to see them..especially with the right light..man they look like crap. Better take care of it right away, or Youll get stuck with them just like I did.
Good luck
lotion lotion lotion. you need to keep your skin moist and hydrated so it has some elasticy and is able to stretch. pregnant lady lotion works or if you want to go with the big guns, vitamin e capsules work when you break one of them and spread to gel on the marks. all i can say is don't let your skin get dry at all.
Women use cocoa butter for stretch marks after being pregnant and i think it works good.
i love em, i just say i cant help it my muscles are ripping through my skin
jeaaaaaaaaaaaaa boiiiiiiiii
i've used cocoa butter, mothers lotion, vitamin e oil, some special stretch mark lotion and the thing that worked the best for me was........accepting the fact that im going to have stretch marks that shit dont work. get a tan. theyll go away eventually...well they will fade and u will quit caring. jus like everyone else does.
i found that my stretch marks didnt come from growing to fast...mine came from depth of my motions. like dips and flys i would go so deep that thats when i would stretch. so i kinda changed that a lil.
coco butter and vitamin e.
Mederma also works
In the case of tanning, for some it makes stretch marks less noticeable and for others more - know your skin![]()
I would think that tanning would just mask them, not get rid of them.....................![]()
maderma
if anything tanning will make them worse cuz it dries ur skin out. but when im tan u cant see them. if they are faded already. if they are fresh andstill pink/red then u still see themOriginally Posted by STYLE74
hmmm when i tan sumtimes they are bright red and sumtimes theyre faded..who knows..im used to them by now
