In the past few months, my diet has been really improving and ive cut milk out a lot..ill maybe have a glass of milk every other day or so. but when i do drink milk...i get horrible gas. its not even a joke, i could clear out half of my gym with one bomb. its funny at first but it becomes really annoying/embarrasing/rude when im around a lot of people. im wondering why this is happening to me only when i drink milk. it has never happened before. am i becoming lactose intollerant?
