Hey guys, I am trying to come up with a new cutting diet that I want to start this week.. Here is what I have so far:

Meal 1 - 6:30AM:
6 egg whites
1/2 cup oats (old fashioned)


Meal 2 - 9:30AM:
Lean Protein (8oz chicken)
1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil


Meal 3 - 12:30PM:
Lean Protein (8oz chicken)
Veggies
Handfull of Almonds


Meal 4 - 3:30PM:
Lean Protein (8oz chicken)
1/2 cup brown rice

-Workout- 6:00/6:30

Meal 5:
PWO Shake
50g Protein
50-75g dextrose/maltodextrin


Meal 6 8:00/8:30:
Lean Protein (8oz Steak)
1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil
