    Swapping PW meals?

    MY NEW DIET: Day 1 and so far so good. Question.....do you think I should flip flop meals 4 and 5? Anything you don't like about the below, let me know. Not nec. looking for a critque, just so that nothing stands out...thanks!
    it's about 70,400,400


    6:30 MEAL 1
    2 packets flavored oats (61 carbs)
    6 oz turkey
    6 egg whites

    900
    8 flank
    ½ cup brown rice (measured dry)
    ¾ cup back beans

    1130
    6 oz tuna
    8 oz yam
    2 tbsp honey

    130
    2 scoop blend
    1 apple

    6 OZ CHICKEN
    1 TBSP OLIVE OIL

    TRAIN

    1.5 cups white rice
    2 SCOOPS WHEY

    4 oz all white meat turkey

    Andd....why am I friggn starving all morning??? Should I nix am cardio? It's like I am watching the clock for every 1.5 to 2 hours because Im starving. Also finding myself chewing a ton of gum to blunt the hunger which I shouldnt be doing......lil help?

    add some EFA's first thing in the morning and dont listen to that no carb w/ fat nonsense on this meal JMO. thats for the hunger, i am not about to critique your diet, no time

    maybe cut out the turkey meal 1 and down a shake as a substitute for the turkey and to the shake add your fats.

    b/c the fats and a shake will help you feel fuller than the turkey will, the fats are key IMO you should add some more eggs as well since now it is only 18gm of protein + your 40-50 from the shake, try 8-10 whites instead.

    Strongly disagree.....I ALWAYS ALWAYS chose whole foods over shakes....If I can, I won't have a shake all day. But in the pm, I have meetings so I need at least one. Adding fats, sure, that's a great suggestion....but maybe 1-2 yolks or some PB in my oats might be a better soluition......fear of carbs and fats in the same meal?? Meal #2.....obviously, I do not subscribe.....thanks so far bro....

    What would you do with meals #4 and #5 swap them?

    having seen pics of you I would think you need to eat more. You look like you have a super fast metabolism. How many cals here?? How many do you need to support the lean mass you have??

    well im not breaking down your sorry diet bro but your just said yourself you should ass fat ie yolks and PB so do the math...BTW I came to my current 225lb 5'11 8%bf from being a 145lb weakling 6 years ago. you have pics on this forum bro, i was trying to help you w/ your physique. sorry i coulnt help

    Add more fat so that your hunger diminishes is what I would do.You have plenty protein and carbs but only one TBSP of olive oil.Thats 14 gms and for a bulker I would try for at least 50gms.

    good suggestion....tody I ran out of oil, so I had chx and a fish oil packet...and then fing tonight I ran out of (cause SOMEONE CHOWED IT) my ANPB so I had a teaspoon in my cc......flank has about 10g....weak!

    IBF - thanks for you replies and thanks for signing off on my diet.....you think I should swap the apple meal to preworkout, do others agree? Also, pinneapple at 8pm when I crash at 930 a bad idea? Any good turkey/ground beef veggie recipes? How is acorn squash or spaghetti sqaush and turley? Too many carbs still?
