    Stir Fry In Wok

IS IT O.K TO STIR FRY YOUR MEAT AND FOOD IN A WOK WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL JUST TO GET AWAY FROM THAT BLOODY GEORGE FORMAN THING! OR WILL THE FOOD ABSORB TOO MUCH FAT.
IM TRYING TO LOOSE BODY FAT AT THE MOMENT DOES IT REALLY MATTER HOW YOU COOK YOUR FOOD AS LONG AS ITS THE RIGHT FOODS, I MEAN OBVIOUSLY DONT DEEP FAT FRY IT, YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY NOT MIX FATS AND CARBS I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS BEFORE, UNTILL I GOT TO THIS SITE, HAS IT WORKED FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE DONE SO?

IF YOU COOK SOME MEAT WITH OLIVE OIL THEN EAT IT WITH RICE IS THAT CONSIDERED TO BE MIXING FATS AND CARBS.

    SORRY FOR THE DUMB QUESTIONS

I dont think a little olive oil will kill you. I use PAM spray all the time. Also you shouldn't type in caps. Hard to read.
