nonfat dry milk, cocoa (processed with alkali), calcium carbonate, modified whey, salt, less than 2% of: carrageenan, sucralose, natural and artificial flavors, disodium phosphate, acesulfame potassium.

    under that it says

    contains: milk

    Toss or keep it?

Picked up the Cadburry instant last time I was in the UK. It's soooooooo good. They have a variety of good flavors.

I use cocoa powder (ingredients: cocoa processed with akali; spice; salt)

and i add splenda.. and sometimes non-fat; sugar-free soy milk.

Low kcal.. no sugar.. and at least 5 soluble grams fiber.

When i'm cutting this is my chocolate fix.

    It's awesome.

pre-made diet mixes tho.. i'd use sparingly.

Nothing beats plain old cocoa powder. Not only tasty but full of antioxidants aswell I always add cocoa powder to my shakes.
