Diet Hot Chocolate
Anyone tried this yet? What do you think about it:
Per Packet:
25 calories
4g carbs
2g protein
0g fat
Okay to drink a few?

Yea, it tastes real good. Definitely hits the chocolate fix.

under that it says
contains: milk

A few nawwww. One in a while, sure.
Picked up the Cadburry instant last time I was in the UK. It's soooooooo good. They have a variety of good flavors.

I use cocoa powder (ingredients: cocoa processed with akali; spice; salt)
and i add splenda.. and sometimes non-fat; sugar-free soy milk.
Low kcal.. no sugar.. and at least 5 soluble grams fiber.
When i'm cutting this is my chocolate fix.
It's awesome.
pre-made diet mixes tho.. i'd use sparingly.

Thats a GREAT idea. The soymilk even provides protiuen, so U get a double benefit! I am going to try this.

why soymilk over regular milk lactose intollerant?
I have never been able to stomach soy milk. the ones I have tasted taste just like soymeal mixed with water

And yea.. i'm lactose intolerant.
I still drink milk (and eat ice cream) from time to time.. but i generally avoid it.
