    natty pb

    i thought peanut butter was full of fat so why do you guys take sooo much? am i missing somthing.

    You need fat in your diet as well.

    You..........

    ...need fats in your diet,especially if you are juicing.If on cycle you need to eat alot!..Peanut butter has alot of good things in it,as well as bad,just don't eat a whole tub each day or you will be getting called tubby...PS:We don't"Take it" we eat it

    It has your good fats, and decent protein. Of course too much isn't good, but those few added tablespoons of it really does the trick, which all depends if you are cutting or bulking.


    I once had a plan to eat a whole jar, and got about a quater of the way down. But it just gets too sticky in the throat. I wouldn't recommend eating a whole jar.

    Why would you have a problem with fat? It helps metabolize fat in your body. PB has fiber too. The recomended fats are PEANUT OIL, Canola oil, and olive oil. You may be confusing fat, with trans fat. Trans fat is the fat that will clog your arteries.
