I need a simple, low carb cutting diet.
Starting Dec 1st I wanna cut. But diet is difficult with school and lack of resources and money. Can someone layout a simple, 5-6 meal plan for me? I am natural, 20 years old, 6'1, 220 lbs....16% bf....5 day training schedual. Will be cycling 2 weeks on/off of Clen , 45-60 min AM cardio 5x a week, and 20-30 min post workout. thanks bros

I dont have a set plan currently, it typically goes
9am- Whey protein shake w bowl of oatmeal and natty peanut butter or if I make to the cafeteria i'll have 7 egg whites with 2 peices of wheat break
11:30am- chicken with jazmine rice
2:00pm- turkey sandwich on whole wheat wrap
PWO shake
5:00pm- turkey sandwich with side of pasta
from 5-12 is where it gets sloppy and i kinda loose it, but it typically is like,
Cottage cheese, protein shake, cottage cheese till bed

Are you gonna run a low carb approach or a medium carb?

i wouldn't do so much cardio PWO, your body is already pretty run down after the extra intensity employed during cutting and needs its nutrients, jmo, but i usually stick to 5 mins high intensity, if any, and do the majority of my cardio am and/or nonworkout days. see how it goes though
also have you considered using glutamine during the phase?
and what would the rough macros be for your diet ?

Things that need to change.
No veggies?
No idea of the daily macros?
Not enough meals.
Drop the breads.
Figure out your maintenance caloric needs?
Start with those things.-B D

Oh Big Tex, I wish you were around more often. Hopefully when I begin to cut in a few months you'll be around. Good luck with the diet SVT, I know it's a bitch when in school, especially the dorms. Tuna pouches are awesome, also invest in tupperware!

For all us College guys, just wanted to remind everyone, Spring Break is 12-13 weeks out... I'm also hoppin on the strict diet in 2 days. But for me I'm gonna use a different approach. I'm going to try to do a lean bulk with carbs leaning towards mid-high range, keeping cals about 300 over maintance and about 3 cardio sessions a week. I plan on cycling carbs and dropping them as i get closer to pussy week, i mean when i get closer to achieving my goals. --Yea its my senior year, you'll have to excuse the nonsense.

I've been mixing the tuna with BBQ sauce. and soy sauce on the broccoli. freakin broccoli is expensive! its like $3.50 for a smaller bag that lasts 2 days!

Since when do you need more than a cooler; a steamer; and a george foreman grill?
You have no excuse.
