My new recipe for bulking.
I was throwing around some food in the kitchen and came up with something pretty simple yet tastey.
Cook up 6 cups brown rice
add 2.5lbs cooked lean ground beef
add in 1.5 lbs of shrimp without tails
1 tbs seasonal salt
1 tbs garlic salt
3/4 cup franks red hot sauce
1/4 cup open pit BBQ sause
Mix it all up in a big ass pot and divide it up into tupperware containers. I have been living off this stuff I think it tastes pretty damn good. You can substitue chicken for the beef or shrimp. Also depending on how sweet or spicey you want it add or subtract a little of the franks for a little more BBQ...

Reminds me of a pro female bodybuilder of years back.I cant place her name but remember her stating that she eats the way you describe.She said it was rice,meat,spices and raisins.She ate that 8 times a day and loved it since it had everything she craved....sweet/salty/starch/meat.
I thought of that as it would make the next days meals super easy to make and easy to add/subtract calories to boot
