    advice and opinions please

just saw the dietician wednesday. figured out i need 2300 calories a day to start dropping weight. planning to eat 8 to 10 meals a day aprroximately 1 every hour around 200 cals. any thoughts opinions or advice is appreciated. also i am sticking to getting my carbs from fiborous sources only. as i have a strong tendency to retain water weight.

I would swap the shakes for whole food. You are gonna be hungry as hell otherwise!! Def have whole food before bed (pro/fat) as it will help you to remain anabolic through the night. Is this an atkins style diet?? I am not a big fan of this style of diet as I feel you need at least some carbs (pre and post workout)

meal 1 1 whole egg and 1 egg white

    meal 2 as meal 3

meal 3 1 can tuna 1 tbsp mayo and 1/2 cup broccoli

    meal 4 50g oats 6oz chick

meal 5 pwo myo pro shake again with oats or dex for pxo carbs 50 g of either 250 cals

meal 6 4oz pork 2oz csr dsg 2 cups romaine lettuce

meal 7 3 oz meat and 1 cup mixed greens

meal 8 chicken and salad with dressing (no carbs in dressing though)

I have made the changes that I would need to make this diet work from the point of view of losing fat and maintaining muscle. I would also cheat for 1 meal a week to keep my metabolism up. The cheat meal should contain lots of carbs but no need to go stupid, I normally eat loads of oats and dried fruit.
Obviously the changes i have made will bump the cals up a bit so you will have to balance it out by removing cals from pro or fat sources depending on macros. I also added some Flax as i could not see any EFAs present.

    thanks beast

thanks beast. yes it is an atkins style diet i would like to have a little more room for carbs. ill give it a shot and let you know how it works out. besides flax are there any other efa supplements i can get otc or should i add some seafood into the meals since it is generally low in cals.
