dextrose help please?

Never used it before. I always used oatmeal and whey for PWO. Where can I buy it? Shoprite or any other stores? or do I have to buy it online? Dont even know what the hell it looks like . Thank alot fellas

I would stick with the oatmeal and whey.

But if you insist on digesting 40+ grams of pure processed sugar you can just drink a coke. I would also get life insurance…

i bought it online in bulk... now it's sitting in my closet unused :P

your better off buying table sugar since it would require a little energy to break the covelant bonds between the dextrose molecules.

just use table sugar, its two dextrose molecules stuck together. and its cheaper and more bioavailable.
