Actually they all have benefits....I would use them all.

They are way too important to overall health to pass up IMO.
I take a lot of flax (28g), its where I am getting most of my fat (besides tuna and oatmeal), I am already getting in 2500 calories a day (cutting) and the fish oil has a lot of calories (50/gram).... What should I do?
