    whole grain rice cakes

    i just picked up some whole grain rice cakes from the food store last night. I thought maybe for breakfast have 2 with some sugar free jelly and a shake or egg whites. is this ok on a cutting diet?

    Well there will be people on here that say absoulutely dont do it, however if you are combining them with a protein source and getting fiber from somewhere you should have no problem on a cutting diet. Stay within your calorie budget and you'll be fine.

    I have been eating them PWO and throughout the day with no issues.

    they are just so easy and convenient in the morning and taste good. light on the stomach

    The only reason i don't eat them compared to yams is that they are higher on the GI. so they don't stay with you all that long. thats all

    I do agree with that, they are so light that I get hungry quickly. Usually I eat two hours after my PWO meal so it works better for me that way.

    Same here ... well i eat within an hour.. But i was just refering to Venum using it for breakfast.. i mean those things are to damn lite for me.. I need something fiberfull esp in the am...
