Salmon
You think Salmon and Exta lean ground beef is enough for ripped diet.
Just the meats I am talking about.

They are good sources of Protein and good fats no doubt, BUT if that is your only sources of protein, you may get bored real fast!

I got really sick of tuna and chicken, I just hope these 2 are enough, I might do a show in 17 weeks.

Hmmm don't you think your fat count could get a bit high... or you pretty much can't have anyother fat in your diet, or be very careful

how about eggs? or another type of fish that is less in fat. Salmon is kinda high in fat.
how about Ostrich meat, very lean and high in protein if you can find it.

Yes I figure, egg whites, lean beef, and the odd chicken breast will have to do. Also some whey protein.
