Need some advice
What would be a good cold food that I could take to work?
Tuna is a little played out I can probably eat 1 serving a day.
but would sliced deli turky and chicken be okay? if I had it on whole wheat bread? I'm trying to bulk up a little right now so I'm not to worried about cals.

Stay clear of those deli meats...full of fillers and crap. Just cook up some chicken breast ahead of time, keep cold and learn to eat 'em cold. Amazingly enough I've learned to like cold rice and chicken....just depends on how badly you want it. LOL

if you're looking for:
something cheap
something convenient
you're on the same page as me.
I usually get some ground turkey (85% lean) for about 2.08 a pound... ground up a bunch on the stovetop... throw it in a few small containers with a bit if BBQ sauce. When eaten cold it tastes like Lloyd's BBQ chicken kinda. Cold Rice and chicken is good too..., I guess i've learned to choke down everything cold... makes it better when i get home at night and i can cook something warm!

Cold chicken breasts are the easiest thing to do by far
