how is this for a pwo meal
sometimes i cant find any meat to cook around the house but i always stock up on fat free salt free cottage cheese would that make a good pwo meal with some oats or is there something wrong with it? i think 3 servings would equal about 50 g of protein.....
thanks for any advice given in advance.

he said its fat free...does n e one read posts anymore?
if its 100% fat free thats ok if there is fat stay away but the only bad thing is cottage cheese is dairy which = casein/soy protein which break down slower than whey protein and for PWO you want a fast acting/fast breaking down protein.....whey protein......thats the draw back. thats why you see alot of people eat cottage cheese before bed because it breaks down slower and takes longer to metabolize while ur sleeping understand..? so if possible i would look for a better source but if u cant then its doable. is this PWO of PPWO meal? because PPWO i could see it being ok PWO i wouldnt use it but thats me
if im wrong someone correct me but im pretty sure thats right..
