How does this look for a cutter? Want to do a show in May.
Hey guys I finally got off my a** and decided to do a show. The show will be on May 12. If I start on Jan 12 that will leave me with 16 weeks.
As far as my stats I'm 6'3" 270 pd currently around 13-15% bf. About 4 years experience with AAS and 7 years with weights. I'll try to get some pics up soon. Still not sure what weight class I will compete at that looks decent. If anything under 225 I might as well just be a runway model.
Here is the diet I was thinking of and adjusting it as the time goes.
Meal 1 pro/carb/fat/cal
Oatmeal 1 cup 15/93/6/480
10 Egg Whites 40/0/0/150
Total 55/93/6/630
Meal 2
8 0z ground turkey 44/0/20/480
1 cup broccoli 9/15/0/75
1 oz almonds 6/6/20/190
Total 59/15/40/745
Meal 3
1 can tuna in water 30/0/1/135
1 scoop protein 26/2/3/140
1 tbsp flax 0/0/21/189
Total 56/2/25/464
Meal 4 PWO
75 grams dextrose 0/75/0/300
40 gm protein 40/6/2/175
Total 40/81/2/475
Meal 5 PPWO
8 oz chicken breast 62/0/6/302
1 cup broccoli 6/10/0/50
6 oz baked yam 4/60/2/245
Total 72/70/8/597
Meal 6
50 gm protein 50/6/2/242
1 oz almonds 8/0/20/212
Total 58/6/22/454
Totals 340 pro
267 carb
103 fat
3365 cal
How does this look? I will also through in some AAS. Just trying to figure out the right ones and the timing.

I noticed you have absolutely no carbs before your WO. I like this as it will burn more fat, but is there a chance you will feel some-what lethargic and not have as good of workout because of this?

At your weight you may be able to eat more calories....I would slowly try to ramp them up this month so then when you start dieting you don't have to go low cal. I would think (and this is purely my opinion) that you could eat up to 4kcal plus on workout days due to your size and your AAS. I'm thinking have a big carb meal Pre workout like everyone said in addition to the rest of your meals which by the way, look pretty solid.

On workout days, I would do carbs: for meal 1, PreWO, PWO, PPWO. You may even want to add carbs in other meals depending on how you feel.

Agreed with audis on the carb distribution....thanks for the compliment. That was my second competition. 169lbs on stage...still need to put on more mass for next year though.
