The hardest thing for me is the dieting. I am very consistent on hitting the weights, but I'll be damned if I can stay on a good diet. I got the basics of what I am supposed to and not supposed to eat. But because I hate to cook... eating tuna and eggs gets real boring. Does anyone know of a site where they have EASY recipes and some diets (not just sample diets, but diet programs for the long haul). I'm getting so desperate, that I was actually thinking of ordering that Anthony Ellis (that EAS guy - program just for his dieting program. Any help is appreciated

By the way, has anyone here ever tried his program? Does it work... I was intrigued because he really made some drastic improvements in only a few months (without juice - as he says ..hmmm)... he made better results than I did on Anadrol and HGH
