Do you guys eat about 500 or 100 kcals less than you burn (maintain) when you want to lose fat?
What vitamins is it bad it eat too much? From what vitamins can you get side effects from when eating too much off them?

I have a physical job. When I´m working and doing cardio I burn about 2700 kcals a day. When I´m not working or doing cardio I burn about 1700 kcals.
So if I get 1000 kcals less than I burn my kcals intake would be about 1700 a day when I´m working and doing cardio and about 700 when I´m having a rest day. Isn´t that too low. Wouldn´t it be starvation?
Should I eat 500 kcals than I maintain/burn?
If you burn 2700 calories a day then theoretically you could eat 2200-2500 and burn fat. try that out for starters and see what happens to your bodyfat.
