    how to get enough protein

    having a hard time with tuna. how often does anyone have shakes? im not used to having so much protein.

    How much is soo much?

    There are soo many choices....

    Lean Meats

    Beef,Chicken Breast, Turkey, Eggs, Buffalo, Cottage Cheese, Salmon

    I only have one shake a day sometimes none.. Real food is my friend

    I use 2 shakes a day while bulking. I to prefer real food but shakes can work. Just as long as you have solid food meals in between the times you take the shakes....try to stick with food. Use shakes as a last resort besides PWO...

    one shake a day for PWO....chicken steak salmon turkey/turkey burger/ground turkey eggs it goes on and on

    costco sells a big package of it for cheap...i sometimes buy the big frozen bag from the grocery store if they are on sale that week
