Alright so several times I have heard that cholesterol in foods really does not have an impact on cholesterol values in your body, more specifically obviously LDL values. I recently did a research paper regarding LDL values and how they lead to plaques in your bloodstream. I leaned more towards the position that cholesterol in foods DOES NOT have a great impact on LDL values as I have read a few times. But it also makes sense to me that if you already have a higher level of LDL's floatin around in your blood stream that adding mroe cholesterol to your body via food will increase this count even more and increase the chances of blockages etc.
Studies would be great. I want FACTS to back up the points if you can guys thanks.
And also if you have points to support food NOT impacting LDL values or not so much I would appreciate it more.
Thanks guys.
