    oatmeal

    What liquid do you have with your oatmeal? Do you eat oatmeal dry without any liquid? I have never eaten oatmeal without any liquid, I have had lowfat milk or wheyshake with my oatmeal.

    When bulking, skim milk. Otherwise, water.

    I sometimes will chew on a 1/4 cup....mostly it's water and splenda, stevia

    When cutting I use water, oats, unsweetened applesauce, cinnamon and artificial brown sugar.
    When bulking I use 1% milk, oats, chopped apples, cinnamon and a small amount of real brown sugar.
    With both I drink my protein shake on the side.

    In it, water, whey, sugar free maple syrup, with it I have a cup of green tea (celestial seasonings)

    exact same for me, minus the green tea... i couldn't stomach oats until i found sf maple syrup

    ALways water for me..

    Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Splenda and water.. I dont like my glooby/dry or thick i add alot of water to make it runny and cereal esq...

    i dont cook it......i put what i want to eat in a bowl, add splenda, cinnamin, and water to soften it up and just eat it like that

    Sometimes if i have time like today offday for me... i do what you add a scoop of whey, some water mix it up and freeze it... eat in and hour hmmm good ness

    thats what I do with egg whites cottage cheese and pb....better than ice cream!

    haha i use and egg /whey /oats and freeze the egg to glue it together make it like a gooey cold treat.. Hell its going to be my pwo meal today...

    ha ha - I read this last night and tried this today. I used two cups of oatmeal and two big scoops of Isopure. I must have done everything backwards because they became hard as a rock and when I did manage to bite off a piece it tasted like shit.

    I'll keep experimenting because it is a great concept.

    lol @ italian ices cuz i know your "italia"

    not really man i freeze for an hour so its semi hard cold gooey.. if u want like a goey treat at one eggwhite it makes it sticker better and u can cut it half or bar form..

    its ok to eat a raw egg white?? do u cook the oats first?

    heres what i do.. when i get a brand new bag of oatmeal i toss the whole thing in a food processesor untill it turns into dust then put it back into the bag. i will take a cup of the powder toss it in the blender along with a teaspoon or so of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of honey, a lot of splenda, and 2 cups of skim milk, and a handful of ice. blend it up really nice and its delicious. i dont put whey protein into mine because i get 60g of protein from my morning meal .

    me too.....also try pb (not for pw obviously) and a splash of muscle milk if you have one laying around.....mmmmmmm.........

    what is the right consistency? 1 cup water? with 1 cup oats?

    tbh, never gave it thought... i think one cup of water would make it watery usuly i do maybe 1/4 cup to make it thick/gooey both the oats/whey/egg now i may try 1 cup of water .. a little less actually maybe 3/4 today

    good stuff.....It's sub freezing here, so this might have to wait until a few days....less my house is warm......have you tried that weight watchers quaker packaged oats? it's only 1g of sugar, they got maple, cinamon and a banana...pretty good!

    i just tried freezing my oats with a scoop of whey, splenda and cinnamin...very good, want to try adding the egg white but i am nervous about eating raw eggs.....

    do a search
    but take it from me man its gets soo thick bro... u will love it

    I add a egg or 2 to my shakes it becomes like a milk shake

    and yes you can get it from raw eggs, don't buy the cheapest eggs you can find if you plan on eating them raw. I buy the best organic free range eggs i can find, very very unlikely to get salmonella from them, same can't be said of battery hen eggs
