    Launch it!

    I started some nice and heavy workout only about 2 weeks ago. Only thing is, that my diet sucked big time. Not that I ate all crap food, it was good food, just not enough. When I sat down, and calculated how much protein I eat a day, it came to about 80g-140g. I'm 210 with 15bf = 180 LBM.
    I had my diet ready for over a week, just never had time to buy stuff and get it ready, I was just too lazy I think.
    So finally I went yesterday and did a NICE shopping.
    36 XL Eggs, 40 pieces of chicken breast ( 24g pro, 1 fat a piece), Peanutbutter, peanuts, I found my flax, I found my dextrose, got my whey, got my CEE, got the MyogenX, bought 4 big cans of sardines, beef, 5lbs of oats.
    I spent about 45 mins getting my food ready for all day, but hey this is the only way too keep up with that diet. Had a big bag of food with me going to work haha. My Coworkers were like wtf is all this food for ?
    As soon as I'll get home I'll grill up 4 breasts for tommorow, boil some eggs for breackfast. Man I'm excited I finally got to it, because I know how great a good diet works.
    Just wanted to share the excitement.
    380g protein/240g carbs/70g fat daily.
    Eat and GROW!

    yes sunday is my favorite day of the week. i wake up and go shopping. and spend about 4 hours cooking the entire weeks worth of food. each individual meal gets placed into a ziplock bag so all thats needy down the week is to put it in a bowl and nuke it.

    and good job 80-150protein aint gonna cut it for ya man!
