Title basically says it all.
I am getting better at really being in tune with my body and I was wondering if anyone can tell if they should have eaten more or less, before (Or after) they lifted and how you think it effects your training session.
I mean, I will have to lift at 10:00am-1:00pm some days but other days I have to lift at 1:00am-2:00am so I am wondering if anyone thinks that eating too much or not enough throughout the day, before your session, effects it.
