no one is going to make a diet for you. utilize the stickys then create a diet that works for you. post it for critique and work from there. school and work should be no excuse. i'm taking 16 hours and work close to 30 hours every week. you can definitely do it with a little preparation and discipline.

Don't be disheartened mate. Just get reading in the diet forums then post something up for critique. Aim to eat 5-6 meals a day and shoot for 30+ grams of protein every meal. That will certainly put you in the right ball park. Knowledge = muscle

When you said cycle .... I sure hope your not trying anabolics already..

You, if ever, will not need these for quite a while..

Learn all you can about health, bodybuilding and training techniques..

In time you may see that this served you well...

    good luck

Strive for the 30 gms protein from meat 6 times per day as suggested.Add a bag of almonds and some tbsps of olive oil per day. Then just go to town on carbs.Eat a box of pasta /jar of sauce.Throw in some granola bars.Keep adding carbs till you start to put on weight.

    Just IMHO
