Can You Lose Weight Too Fast!!!

If you were never fat or heavy you need not reply:
I’m looking for people that have had a weight issue in the past.
The question is can you lose fat too quickly??? Can rapid weight loss leave you with issues.

If you are left with skin flaps can you get rid of them??? Also, would the use of GH help with keeping the skin tight. We all know it helps with fat loss but would it help minimize skin flaps.

Also, I’m not sure where to post this. But since people use DNP, Clen, Anavar, T3 for rapid weight loss, I thought this place was as good as any.

MODs feel free to move this question to the appropriate forum, but if you do please tell me y, so I don’t make the same mistake again.

If your weight loss is gradual and realistic then yoru body and skin will adapt to it better, but if its sudden then ofcourse your body cant keep up and you will be left with lots of hanging skin and flaps and remember that if it came off easy then its very likely to come back easily also!!

Gradual and realistic natural weight loss with good diet and exercise is the best.

How much weight are we talking about? How much do you weigh?
Usually with rapid weight loss a lot of it is water. One thing to avoid is not putting the weight back on! When someone is obese and they lose weight but then put it back on they have a much much higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease and cancer!
As for excess skin it depends on the individual and how much weight they lose.

the healthiest thing you can do is gradually lose weight, 1-2 pounds per week, by cutting back on calories and exercise.....these are general guidelines but for specific ones I need to know you're stats.

As a general rule, 2 lbs per week is a safe amout to lose. Doesnt suppress your metabolism or leach calcium or other things of that nature

Assuming only the formerly obese/overweight would be a source of information is a false assumption.

The question is can you lose fat too quickly??? DEFINITELY.
Can rapid weight loss leave you with issues. SEVERAL.

If you are left with skin flaps can you get rid of them??? ONLY SURGICALLY.
Also, would the use of GH help with keeping the skin tight. We all know it helps with fat loss but would it help minimize skin flaps.
NOT IF THE OTHER VARIABLES GO UNCONTROLLED.

There are several problems one faces with rapid weight loss. As Science mentioned the leaching of calcium is a big one. 99% of the calcium in your body is stored within the bones and marrow, the remaining 1% circulates through the bloodstream. When this is not replenished in conjunction with magnesium for absorption, the bones are leached causing Osteoporosis (brittle/fragile bones).

Traditionally, weight loss changes affect the body as a whole, but when the playing field is skewed (as in rapid loss) some parts/systems go unaffected or worse adversely. As you’ve cited, rapid fat loss where obesity (using the classic definition) exists can result in loose skin. Some of this excessive skin will disappear, but the majority will go unaltered as the body expects it to be refilled.

Similarly, such rapidity in weight loss or fat loss like in DNP use, engages the hypothalamus’ (HT) homeostatic response in which the organism strives to return to baseline. This is managed on an autonomic level sending signals of fullness or hunger, depending on rapid weight gain or loss respectively.

Generally speaking the HT monitors a variety of primary sensors (mouth – with regard to number of chews, throat – with regard to quantity swallowed, stomach & intestines - with regard to volume). Of course most dieters now know how to circumvent or override these sensors: Gum for that of chewing; water for that of swallowing; and fiber for volume. But regardless of your level of dedication, engagement of these survival mechanisms will eventually engulf you, due to the out of whack system causing overages in the opposite direction, hence the Yo-Yo dieter and most eating disorders.

There are other problems also such as the loss of muscle tissue, lowered metabolism (which is obviously counterproductive in the dieter), excessive stomach acids, changes in blood viscosity - it should be thin and flowing not thick like oil (the former means platelets are singular, the latter means they are stacked like coins), slowed lymphatic system - it should be a clear fluid but can become milk-like, then yogurt-like, and finally cottage cheese-like, etc.

The point is, as Science indicated, slow and steady wins the race. The slower paced loss is readily assimilated into your hardwiring and promotes a harmonious transition.
