i cook all my food on sunday for the wk, usually 5-6 days worth. cooked meat and eggs is probably safe for a week.
I bake my my chicken about every other day... I get about 5 breast in the oven and that normally last that evening and the next afternoon. I stir fry steak every other day as well, two meals worth. Eggs everymorning. I have an egg cooker for days that i'm lazy, and make an omelet on days that i have more time. Carbs, i'll cook potatoes for 2 days and rice for 2 days... So pretty much i have a 3 big cooking sessions a week. When i want something else, I normally only cook for 2 meals.
I couldn't fit all my meals in the fridge if i cooked once per week cause my roommate has a bunch of his shat in there. And he NEVER eats it!
Edit: I steam veggies every evening too
