I've been cutting off the body fat with am cardio and clen. I read to do this on a empty stomach. Find it hard to do without the am coffee. Does anybody drink coffe before cardio or is it better to rough it without?

Thank for the fast reply. I am going to take a cup before cardio but I was afraid that I would be burning the caffeine and not fat. Just trying to make the best of the workout.

I have not had any ECA for a long time and eiter take a caffeine pill (200mg) or 1-2 cups of coffee before AM cardio.
Don't sweat it and enjoy your coffee..

i drink coffee while doing my cardio if i'm feeling really tired.
caffeine increases the release of fatty acids and the rate of fat oxidation.. go for it.
To be exact i take Acetyl L-Carnitine and coffee before AM cardio.

I agree, have the coffee - but not too much. On the weekends I like to have 3 or 4 cups, but if I go to the gym right after, it kinda messes with me and I don't have as good of workouts. That's for lifting though, I don't know about cardio. 2 cups - I'm sure you'll be fine. Life without coffee is no life at all!
