Hey guys, I am new to the forum and even though i haven't done any cycles yet I am trying to prepare to do one before summer. I have used this website extensively for research with diets and meals and everything else. I am not sure if i can post this in this section, so don't flame me too bad if it's an incorrect post. I am pretty much making a cookbook of all kinds of healthy body builder meals broken down by the main ingredient, be it chicken, or beef, or pork...etc. I am thinking about offering it to members at a very minimal cost which would basically cover postage and copies as kind of a thank you for all the free info that i have been able to use. Most of the recipes I am putting in it also have the nutrional values so you can use that to your advantage. If i get enough interest then i will go ahead with this idea, and if I don't then I will just make one for me. Let me know. Thanks again for all of the advice and information it has been extremely helpful to me in making informed decisions about gear.
