theres a reason why no one has answered this...but i will since im bored...thats what shakes and weight gainers are for...its hard to consume 5000cals in solid food...youd be takin a dump every 15 mins...unless you go with a big mac, breakfest, lunch and dinner, with a mcflurry for desert....i suggest you dont though...even with that diet youll be on the toliet every 30 mins
also you want to make sure you always have amino acids in your blood stream, so you wouldnt want to have a whey shake if your next meal is not for 3hours because whey is processed very fast.
