    Sorry - TWO nutrition questiions.......

    #1 about frickn starving......I eat every two hours, extremely clean and extremely anal with about 350/350/50-60 total throughout the day....I am absolutley STARVING between my first meal and my 2nd and third meals...then the hunger dies down......question is, I know I am eating plenty at each meal, so what do I do? I find myself eating a ton of sf gum to kill the hunger....is this what I should be doing during a clean, lean bulking phase? Just hold off? 1st meal is 40g of pro, 35g of carbs, 4-5g of fat....2nd meal is 50/50/8 one at 645 the send at 845.....should I have a shake in between? I have some myoplex rtds, some beef jerkey, nuts...shld I still be snakcing or will this give neghative result?


    Also, a good buddy mixies up 5-6 scoops of isolate in a milk jug with 1 scoop of NO2, like no explode and sips it constantly all day.....is this a bad idea? Wouldnt it keep spiking insulin levels? Much thanks and sorry about nitpickin, but I am just a little weary.........what do YOU guys do?

    the only way to tell if your diet is working is if you are growing.

    growing how? I am getting stronger, yes...pulled 330 for the first time on wednesday so I was happy....scale is not moving at all, mirror, well thats another mind game story.....as for my buddy? wtf? what are your thoughts on that and do you subscrie by that theory?

    Judging by your avatar, an extra shake/beef jerky/nuts/anything would not have any detrimental effects on a clean bulk.

    You need to eat, bro- clean bulk or not.

    LOL RELAX!!!

    AM I gettn bigger? No....stronger, yes, scale moving NO, bf increase prob a tad.....

    As for my buddy, he looks average....

    you say your eating around 35g of carbs for your first meal and about 50 for your second. I would switch these meals so the majority of your carbs lie in your breakfast, pre, PWO, and PPWO meals. Thats my opinion but your macros look decent. If your performing cardio like you said, it might not be a bad idea to up the carbs a bit.

    like audis4 said your 1st meal should contain more carbs.....if your not having some type of shake in the middle of the night you have to think about the amount of time that has passed since your last meal. in most cases 6-8 hrs atleast two meals missed so your body could definetley use the carbs. to throw your body out of the catobolic state that it is in. and snacking on jerky and things like that is o.k. at any time during the day. i usually take a half cup of walnuts and about 12 dates w/ me to work and snak all day

    I eat cc veggies etc in the middle of the night everynight.....and EVEN a prebed meal....however, I still got the point and will switch the macros....thnx boys.

    its amazing your getting stronger and not adding on the scale.. I would add to your diet another 500 calories a day.. by just making your current diet 100 calories bigger per meal...

    I am sure that will change things a bit...try that for 2-4 weeks and see if that has any effect..

    add the calories...if you are getting fat then keep your carbs in your first 3-4 meals and you should be fine.
