so heres my diet and all that good stuff
wake up 730 am= cardio 30min at about 60%
come back home go back to sleep
wake up like 11am, hamburger meat ( lean!!! and cooked well ) with wheat bread, i have egg whites once in a while but i HATE eggs so i try my best to when i can eat them
pre workout chicken and some wheat bread
2pm workout
pwo shake
5ish chicken or more lean meat
8 ish dinner, meat or chicken with veggies and 2x a week sweet potato
11 ish shake
2am ish chicken or another shake
go to bed like 3am ish or so, i do most my work at nite thats y so late
let me know what you guys think, im trying to cut up nicely and get in great shape and to get to like 10% bf , i have more dedication then most ppl, so if you see something im doing wrong or should change let me know, i can eat the same thing everyday, shit like that doesnt bother me, i dont need change and i dont eat for anything but my body neeeed the food
