    my cutting diet, please look and help

    ok im 5.9 212lbs about 20% bf, i was never this high bf but i went in a huge depression cuz of personal reason and finaly got out of it 3 months ago. 3 month ago i was 245lbs and ALOT fatter so ive been doing good but still have a good bit to go, b4 i got FAT i was in great shape, did about 5 cycle b4 thats and had like 10 to 12% bf at the same weight im at now.

    so heres my diet and all that good stuff

    wake up 730 am= cardio 30min at about 60%

    come back home go back to sleep

    wake up like 11am, hamburger meat ( lean!!! and cooked well ) with wheat bread, i have egg whites once in a while but i HATE eggs so i try my best to when i can eat them

    pre workout chicken and some wheat bread

    2pm workout

    pwo shake

    5ish chicken or more lean meat

    8 ish dinner, meat or chicken with veggies and 2x a week sweet potato

    11 ish shake

    2am ish chicken or another shake

    go to bed like 3am ish or so, i do most my work at nite thats y so late

    let me know what you guys think, im trying to cut up nicely and get in great shape and to get to like 10% bf , i have more dedication then most ppl, so if you see something im doing wrong or should change let me know, i can eat the same thing everyday, shit like that doesnt bother me, i dont need change and i dont eat for anything but my body neeeed the food

    A few things I noticed:

    -I would up the cardio to at least 45 min.
    -Make sure your in your 'fat burning' heart rate zone.
    -List macros for each meal and final for the day.
    -Drop wheat bread while cutting IMO.
    -Too many shakes IMO. Stick to a shake and carbs PWO.

    The protein shake with macros you listed looks fine as long as there is little to no fat.

    the shake or liquid protein has no fat, i will get all the # soon for everyone to see on the meals, i need carbs in the morning right? so what should i eat if not bread? and i can up the cardio and i only have 2 shakes a day y is that to much?

    also, that states u get about 4 hours sleep a night! id double that for recovery!

    the macros look fine for the shake.

    I usually do pro/carb for most my meals. I would recommend meal 1, preworkout, PWO, and PPWO be pro/carb. I would make your last meal whole foods (pro/fat).

    You think bread is the only carb source for a cutting diet? There are lots i.e. ww pasta, oats, yams, potatos, grits, fruits to name a few.

    because think about it...why replace a shake (quick absorbing proteins) vs. whole food (slower absorbing proteins). IMO, a shake is best after cardio followed by whole foods and PWO to rush proteins to your muscles.
