proper mix of eca???

hey guys just went out and bought:

25mg of Ephidrine
325mg of Aspirin
200mg of Caffeine

... whats the best way to stack all three to get the best fat burning effects? and how many times a day do i take the stuff, looking to get shredded... any help much appreciated... all item are not the herbal extracts...

Perfect combo there. Take them together three times or four times a day, an hour before meals and an our before you work out. It will give you more energy, increase your motabolism, and surpress your appitite.

Don't stay on it for more than 6 or 8 weeks at a time.
