Approx 3200-3600 calories/day while doing a very clean bulk.

Weekly amount varies from around 200-400$. Depends if I eat out.
    You figure 6 meals/day at around 5-7$/meal = 30-50$/day in food.

Also depends how much redmeat as opposed to poultry/fish I'm eating at the time.

200 week for a 3500-4000 cal. diet. My grocery store has boneless/skinless chicken breasts for $1.5 per/lb. Also, the 4% fat ground meat is cheaper than the 10-15%. Go figure.

I remember you sayin that before bro. Prices seem so high, maybe tis where you are from I dont know. But I get a bag of potatoes for about $1.5 and thats 7lbs. Eat say 8oz in a meal with 8-10oz meat with cheap ass veggies and Im hitting maybe $2.5 a meal.
Plus my mom helps me with some shopping and women are good at that

I eat all organic Veg/Carb sources and farm-raised cuts of meat, maybe that's why it's a bit more pricey?

Also I don't eat anything processed or frozen so again prices are a bit more.
Not to mention I eat red meat for atleast 3 of my meals during the day.

£ 35 per week - the cost is so low because I used to be a chef so have a real good ability to make money go far and also tend to buy in bulk things like pasta. All sauces are made from scratch and meat bought in bulk.

Of course there is the odd time at the end of each month when i need to buy i huge box off chicken which adds a little more cost.
