so heres what im really asking...im 6.1 220 probably 15bf what should my caloire intake be ...and i planed on takin why protien..and m5 extreme (creatine) how much protien should be in my diet with all the rest of the protien that i will be consuming by eating.....and how much cardio should be done a week
