cleansing the system

I would like know of any dieting or colon cleansing products out there that
work pretty good for cleansing. A bodybuilder at my gym gave me one of his recipes for a colon cleanse but man I couldn't handle the fact that it required drinking a 8oz bottle of xtra virgin olive oil (nasty) said he did it twice a year but I can't do it. Any suggestions anyone .

I drink one of the cleansing teas once in a while because I feel as if it's cleaning out the system and it makes be feel good but I don't really know the real pros/cons of it.

You will hate me for this but getting an actual detox-colon-cleanse does the best job!! Yes the one where they stick something in your poopy and pump water then apple-cider-vinegar then black coffee and then water. You will fart starbucks for a full two days after!!

Jack osbourne lost alot of weight doing that.
