    lamb everyday?

    I know it is not good to have beef everyday, but are other red meats ok to do so with. for example i have acess to lamb and buffallo which i love, can i eat these on days i dont have beef. Or is this a problem? Thanks

    Yeah the only complaint about red meat is it high fat content. If you get lean cuts then your ok
