    Alternative carb sources

    Can someone suggest a good source of complex carbs (apart from supplements) that does not require cooking in any way. Something that can be carried around easily etc.
    I am having trouble at the moment getting all the food in at the right times.

    Whole grain breads ... cereals ..... canned beans.....

    Bagels being so dense are very high in calories .. I wont state how many due the ingredients and sizes vary ... if a packaged bagel check your labels ....

    BTW Papa : I have no Fina ? and no I have not yet started my cycle ... I am still on my diet for about 2-3 more weeks .. then I will add calories and go up a bit .... Going down south ( San Diego area for X-mas week BIG and shredded ..hehe
