Got this from "OldSchool" at the abcbodybuilding.com message boards and thought i'd pass it along.

"These are my favorite bulk-up breakfast food!
They're the bomb! And super high in protein!

I buy the wheat flour pancake mix.

Combine pancake mix, skim milk, 1 egg, and oil into a bowl. Then add whey protein. The amount is up to you. I usually add about 3 scoops of vanilla or chocolate to the batter and stir.

Make sure you stir it until its smooth, and lump-free.
For thicker pancakes add more mix.
For thinner add more milk.

Then put them on a skillet pre-heated at 375 degrees.

Cook until the cakes are golden brown. If you have to you can stick them with a fork to make sure they are done in the middle.

I usually eat about 6 or 7 of 'em on a bulk! With some sugar-less syrup. You'll love these!"
