Dam, I couldn't do this diet for long. You'll shed some water and calories. I usually try to cut my carbs back in the afternoon. I need a bit more carbs than this. Good luck!

Prepare to lose a bit of LBM with this diet, also with so little calories I'd have no room for a shake before bed, you'll end up catabolic while you sleep.
Also no carbs PWO is a big no-no. I'd rework the whole diet and then repost it. many mistakes.

Sorry I didnt add in carbs to my PWO, I do add in Dex and Malto in my shakes

What specifically is wrong here? Do I have to few calories? What should my Caloric intake be?

    Im about 190lbs lean mass.

You're consuming the majority of your carbs after your workout which doesn't even make sense.. Why not take in most of your carbs in your first 3 meals and then taper them off during the evening and replace them with more fiberous carbs.
Also I'd drop the Dextrose (sugar) PWO and replace it with a high or med GI carb instead (white rice/potato/white bread etc)

Re work a diet and post it up.
