Ok well i just got back into the gym after about 8 months off..I had labrium surgery on my shoulder and had to take time off..before i had surgery i was at about 205..i was looking good at about 13% bf... im 5'10 by the way...well after 8 months i weighed in at the gym today and i was at 221..im thinkin my bf is somewhere around 18-20% right now...i really feel like ive gained 16 pounds or more of fat and lost muscle..i got so lazy with not working out that i barely did any cardio while taking time off..my diet was so crappy i was just eating anything..the good thing is i still do have alot of muscle from before the surgery but i seriously look fat now...ive never been fat or had a gut and now i do..i need this off asap but not sure what kind of diet to do..i still want to gain muscle as ive lost some while taking the time off but need to cut serious weight..i wanted to get down to 185 when i was 205..now that im 220+ i want to get down to where i was before at around 200-205..any suggestions..ive checked out the sticky on the cutting diet and was wondering if that would be best..i am also looking into some clen..with clen and proper diet and cardio and lifting how fast could i lose this weight and this gut?
