.......32 yrs old, 5'11", 255lbs, no idea of BF%, would guess somewhere mid-upper 20's judging by some pics Ive seen....like to get down to 200-210 by using diet/exercise/clen and MAYBE then consider additional help but not until I drop a significant amount of BF....havent lifted in at least 2 yrs but did for 5 yrs of so prior but last night started lifting and doing cardio this morning, which I hope to do the cardio 5-6 times a week and lift 4-5 nights a week....question I have is about PWO shake/meal.....done quite a bit of research on here and after so much, I still have an unanswered question; if you are trying to cut with the least amount of muscle loss possible, should one drink or eat a PWO ?.....it seems like common sense would be drink as it "lighter" but not sure what has worked for you guys that have the experience....plus, one more question...what are some good mid day snacks that can be stored in a desk drawer or really quick (have to admit, did do much research on the last question but thought I would throw it in)......thanks in advance
