What do you guys consider cheating?

When "cheating" on your diets, what do you guys consider cheating? Sneaking in a snack(Cookies, cakes, etc.) Sneaking in a meal(McD's,fast food, etc.) or ****ing up a whole day?(McD's for breakfast, oreos for lunch, greasy pizza for dinner)
When I eat half a brownie, one time a week,I consider that cheating,Im usually strict on myself...

    Diet forum?

I consider a "cheat" anytime I step out of bounds on the structure and discipline of my diet routine. No matter what the food may be.

I cheat for the whole day. I used to go up to 5-6k cals...once 8k. Normally now I go up to 4-5k and keep it moderate. You cannot gain fat if you're on a strict diet for 6 days before you do this. I eat 1/2 gal to 1gal of lowfat choc chip cookiedough ice cream, a batch of brownies...half a package of oreos....a few starcrunches...THEN I may eat 3-4lbs of chicken, 1-2lbs of tuna...and 5 or 6 protein shakes + 2gal of water. I like to cheat with high carb foods but still keep fat moderate. I've been able to cheat like this and still drop 3-4lbs of fat per week through dieting/cardio/ECA.

I don't always go that crazy with it because I've lost my cravings for many sweet foods from eating such a clean diet. I don't sit too well with fried/greasy stuff either.

Cheating is when I come home drunk, no socks, shirt buttoned wrong, stupid grin on my face and smelling like a french whore......

because I've just been with one!
