How would I go about figuring out how much fat my body is able to put on a day, If i eat to my hearts content?
I use a stair climber 4 days a week in the AM, 45 mins, burns about 800 cals. THen run 5 days a week at night, burns about 600 cals.
800 cals is about 1/3 of a lb of fat, and thats about all I'm burning in the AM before breakfast.
So can my body even put on 1/3lb of fat in a day?
Seems like what I don't use would be passed though my system, and some turned into fat. But 1/3lbs?
