should the isocaloric diet be a good choice to avoid the fat comin back after a no carbs cutting cycle??
I just read it might be not so bad...in fact, lots of people use that kind of diet to cut...so ??
try it out bro, ive heard good things about that ratio. You can also cycle carbs after a diet too, as in carb up before workouts, to maintain muscle while your T and Leptin levels normalize.
btw you look great in your pics, good luck w/fitness modeling.
I'll try it in 4 weeks,I'll let the time to my body to reintroduce the carbs in my diet without taking the risk of storing the carbs in fat..;I'll slowly reintroduce carbs in my diet til I arrive to the 1/3 1/3 1/3 diet...do you think it's a good strategy??
you can introduce carbs in your diet bro, just make sure as you know they are whole grains and that you do not go over your daily calorie requirments. if you need it I can give you the exact formula, I have in it a book downstairs that breaks down the isocaloric and takes into consideration time spent in the gym also.
