I would use other sources of protien too not just whey
75% should come from high protien meals : fish, chicken, lean beef
25% whey
ya i figured that but how much protien should be consumed in one day

well here we go, so many studies and opinions liver enzyme tests etc. etc. I have previously went to and excercise physiologist/ AT/PT seminar and sat down and talked with some people about this particular topic. The truth is yes while on AAS the ability so synthesize protein is increased but to the point of 4-5 times as much as recommended by the ACSM? not really. the recommendation for trained athletes is 1.2-1.8 g/k of bw, so now on AAS do you need to mult that intake by 4?
