I know I have bread in there and need to get it out but I love my bread.
Dex is too sweet so I use malto dex.

I also am about to need to bulk so any help turning this into a lean bulker as I am about to jump on Test E Anavar cycle. These are the times I can eat due to school. Any input is greatly appreciated.

On non workout days I do not take PWO and have chicken/grits so minus 230 cals on non workout days.

    Thank you every one.

I keep my carbs a little lower than that and have been having good results... once you get done trying to eat flax seeds you can throw some almonds in instead for your pro/fat meals.

great scott marty!!!!!!!! I would bump up your carb intake to 1.21 jigawatts or it will never work. seriously though I would definetly consider this a low cal healthy diet, but as far as a serious quick cutter people will tell you never to mix cho and fat in the same meal, too many carbs in your diet, but honestly I cut using a diet very similar to yours, I can't go on the south beachy atkins type diets and feel like shit for 8 out of the 10 weeks. SO, find out your DEE, RMR, cut approx 3500 kcals a week and you will lose weight and it will be gradual and healthier for you. my two cents, many others will say this is not a good cutting diet.

What is cho? Thank you for the response. I want more critiques also. I am down ~20lbs in about 8 weeks and my strength has not gone down too much so I like this and it is working. I am not interested in fast weight lossbut it has been quality.

CHO is the fancy way of abbrevating carbohydrates.

Its also a cool way of remembering the the makeup of a carbohydrate

    C-6 carbon H-12 hydrogen and O-6 oxygen
