okay.. i need help with a eating routine.. i have class monday wed and friday.. i start at 9 and end at 11:50.. then i go to work at 11 on tuesdays and thursdays and 12:30 on weds and friday. monday im off work .. and then i work out usually workout around 5 on m w f. and t and thrusday just whenever. can someone please set me up with a eating routine and what to eat.im trying to gain lean muscle and lose a lil beer gut. im 5'10 180.. i dont know what my bf% is i did some quick online ones and its anywhere from 11 to 14%. ive played sports and worked out since junoir high im 22 now. im still active in intrumural sports and stuff. im just looking for a good diet because i cant ever seem a way to plan all my meals and what to eat. so if someone would help me out id really appreciate it. if ya need any more information i can give it also
