hey i'm new to the site, you think you guys can list some good foods that give complex carbs. That would be great

potatoe
yams
Brown Rice
Grits
Cream of Wheat

Those listed by Fez are some of the better ones. But complex carbs are found in sooooo many foods. In fact I just finished writing up an article on the macro's and where they come from basically. Maybe I will post it up here in the diet forum.
